• We will provide a valuation of your property, and advise on the potential income you could obtain on the current market.
• We can advise on current regulations (i.e. gas and electrical compliance).
• We will market your property on our window displays, website, property brochures available from our office, as well as press advertisements.
• We will accompany prospective clients on viewings.
• We ensure that all prospective clients complete our detailed application form. We also request a guarantor and conduct credit reference on every professional tenant.
• We let many of our client properties to corporations, both national and international, for use by their executives. We will obtain a detailed company credit analysis for these lets.
• We will provide a tenancy agreement if requested by the landlord.
• We will take from the tenants the equivalent of one month¹s rent, as a dilapidation¹s deposit from the tenants. We also provide the option of fully serviced apartments, with regular yet unobtrusive services including laundry, ironing and cleaning.
